Return and Refund Policy
Free Returns: We accept three days free returns if the product received is damaged or different from the ordered product.
Chargeable Returns: If the customer wants to return the product for reasons other than damage or receiving an incorrect item, return shipping charges will apply. Customers are responsible for both the original forward and return courier charges paid by Topperskit.
Cancellation Policy:
- Prepaid orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. If the customer refuses delivery, forward and Return to Origin (RTO) courier charges will be deducted from the order total amount.
- Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of cancelling the order.
- A 3% gateway charge is deducted from the refunded amount if the customer requests cancellation for any reason.
Out-of-Service Area: For courier products, if the delivery address is outside the service area, a 100% refund will be issued to the customer.
Unavailable Product or Unfulfilled Orders: If a product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled by us, a refund is processed within 24-48 hours.
Return Requirements: To return a product, the customer must:
- Keep the product in its original packaging.
- Ensure the product is unused with all tags intact.
Refund Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 4-5 business days. If the standard timeframe has expired and you have not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
Note : In case of missing products, the customer must have an unboxing video recorded before opening the parcel and without any breaks in the video. The company will not be responsible if the customer does not have an unboxing video.
